Leticia Rodriguez

    Over 10 years ago, if anyone would have told Leticia Rodriguez that she would be the Owner/Operator of a successful personalized salon she would have nodded her head as if it was a dream.  Well today her dream has come true.  In English Estilo Divino means divine style and that's the first phrase that comes to mind when people describe Leticia.  

    "She has this stylish way about her," comments one client.  "Whether she is planning a new renovation to the salon or tending to one of her many fresh flower arrangements, Leticia has a way about her that inspires others."

    In addition to bringing style to her clients, Leticia's other priority is making sure she and her staff are up to date with the latest trends in the beauty industry.  "We believe that in order to give our client's their money's worth we need to provide them with the best of our abilities and up-to-date knowledge."

    For the past 15 years, Leticia has attended practically every seminar imaginable, ranging from haircutting clinics and to the World Congress of Color Masters.  She has also completed over 520 hours of training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy specializing in extended and advanced hair cutting.

    When asked how she does it all Leticia smiles and says, "I just take it day by day and step by step.  Every morning I wake up, give 100% and after a while I look back and say 'WOW'."

Coco De La Rosa

    Many people may consider a Tri Cologist as someone who works in the medical profession, of the field of science.  Who would have thought that as a Tri Cologist you would be pampering clients who walk into the Estilo Divino Personalized Hair Salon?  Meet Coco De La Rosa - Estilo Divino's official Tri Cologist and Massage Therapist.

    A Tri Cologist is a cosmetologist, estecian and manicurist/pedicurist.  "I began studying how to give manicures and pedicures and my interests just grew from there."

    One of Coco's latest fascinations is a Warm Stone Therapy class, an innovative technique of incorporating warm stones into any stress-relieving treatment.  In addition, Coco has also attended the Jessica School of Natural Nail and the Dermatologist Skin Care Institute, a 60-hour course that covers the European Facial.

    After all the training and practice, Coco says that it's the interaction with the clients that she loves.  "It makes me feel good when I can care for my clients and give them a little slice of heaven while they're here."

    When a day of pampering clients at the salon ends, Coco goes home and attempts to instill a relaxing environment of her own with her husband of 25 years, Nick.  Most of the time though the De La Rosa household is active thanks to their two boys 18-year-old Nick Jr. and 11-year-old David.

    In Coco's opinion, active is a perfect word to describe her work ethic.  "When you like what you do then it seems like you never have to work a day in your life."

Laura Robles

    Keeping it all in the family is one thing Laura Robles knows a lot about.  After growing up with her two aunts working in the beauty industry she decided "I can do that and be really good at it too."  That was in high school and she has never looked back since.

    Laura has been in the industry for eight years and has worked for Estilo Divino for four years.  As if being a stylist isn't enough to keep her busy, Laura is also the manager.

    During her eight years in the beauty industry, Laura has taken the opportunity to continue her education whenever possible.  She has attended American Crew Academy in Boulder Co. and has completed the graduate 1 & 2 courses from Toni & Guy.  "It is through this constant training that we are able to excel in customer service," she adds. 

    In addition to being part of a family that believes in a passionate dedication to service excellence, Laura knows how to give that special attention to those who deserve it most - the bride to be .  As Bridal Coordinator, Laura works closely with brides, making sure they receive the best service possible.  The salon staff can care for any brides' needs, from massage and facials to updo and makeup application.

    From caring for a whole bridal party to throwing a party for the salons' one-year anniversary, Laura has done it all.  She remembers how prod she felt about being a part of such a wonderful team as she attended the party with family, friends, and clients.  "As I looked around I noticed how great everyone looked.  I was prod to know that I am a part of that."

Linda Vasquez

    As a mother of five and a grandmother of six, Estilo Divino Stylist Linda Vasquez knows the value of a relaxing environment.  Maybe that's why part of their vision is to provide a sanctuary for their guests where they can experience soothing and rejuvenating services in a relaxing and elegant atmosphere.  

    Another commitment Estilo Divino has to their clients is the continuing education and training of the stylists.  Linda has attended the world-renowned Toni & Guy haircutting academy, the Redken symposium in Las Vegas and New York and attended seminars at hair shows in Long Beach.

    Working in the industry for 30 years, Linda says she has wanted to style and cut hair ever since she was 12-years old.  "I would cut my father's hair as well as my friends.  It was the only time I gave free haircuts until I had children."

    Linda lives in Downey with her husband of 36 years, Alex.  Their son is 35 and their daughters are 33, 30, 23, and 18.  Linda and Alex are the proud grandparents of six grandsons ranging in age from 7 to 14 years old.

    When asked how she manages to live a fulfilling live and sustain a successful career at Estilo Divino she comments, "I have chosen God to be in my life.  That choice has made a significant change to me and to those around me."
